First let us try to understand what is money laundering in short - Money laundering is the practice of disguising the origins of illegally-obtained money. Such as Money earned by Corruption and sending it to Swiss Bank is one of the type of Money laundering.
Speak Asia is receiving all money through proper Banking Channel and also paying their Panelists by legitimate Banking Channel. Hence every transaction is transparent, and for every Transaction Speak Asia is paying the Applicable Taxes to both Government of India and to the Government of Singapore.

3) Can Speak Asia Remit and or Transfer Money to India?
First of all let me inform you all that Speak Asia is not remitting any money from India to Singapore, rather the Panelist is remitting the money to Speak Asia Singapore for the purchase of their subscription of e-zine Magazin services.
